Thanksgiving Food Collection

at the 3 Witches Holiday Clothing Swap!

November 23, 2025 | 10AM-2PM | Grand Rapids, MI

​For this collection, we're looking to provide a good Thanksgiving dinner for as many area families as possible. If you're coming to the femme clothing & children's toy swap already, please consider throwing an extra box or can or two in the cart to donate as you're shopping for your own meal. We're looking to collect the following:

  • Boxed stuffing mix

  • Boxed mashed potatoes/potato flakes

  • Canned Yams

  • Canned Pumpkin

  • ​Canned Cranberry Sauce

  • Macaroni & Cheese

  • Canned Green Beans

  • Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • Canned Mixed Vegetables

  • Canned Collard Greens

  • Gravy Mix

  • Powdered Milk

  • Brown Sugar

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • Broth or Bullion

  • Poultry Seasoning

  • Donations of Meijer/Family Fare/Aldi/GFS Gift Cards

We plan to have the collected food ready for distribution by November 25, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.​

​Entry: a donation to our pantry food drive, to be ready for distribution ASAP! Please see our list of requests here.

OR: a donation to our new toy drive, to be distributed to area families for the holidays via Buy Nothing groups.

Party includes Christmas cookie/recipe swap, Ugliest Sweater contest (with "best worst dressed!" prize), volunteer entertainment and activities from local performers and service providers, and YOU, there to support us as we use our community nutrition program to bring a Happy Holidays to area families!
